What if you open a *.pdf by double clicking on it and you do not see the Draw icon in the tool bar?

MicrosoftThis could be because you have not opened Microsoft Edge but a different application 🙂 You can set Microsoft Edge as a default application for PDFs and double clicking on the files would open it in Microsoft Edge.
