The opt-out seems to be a very technical process. Most normal users will be looking for an option in settings (similar to the existing shopping opt out checkbox). I would hope Microsoft would at least bring this into line with that feature. Though given the feedback I’d like to think they had the good sense to abandon the feature entirely.
