Edge App shortcuts being removed from desktop
Since updating Windows 10 and Microsoft, when I open a website app from my desktop, the shortcut gets deleted, this is such a shame as I'm a big fan of creating apps from Edge, it used to be my favourite chrome feature.
It's likely a bug causing the issue, but having desktop apps for Edge Web Apps isn't possible with the latest versions so hopefully this is fixed soon

is your Windows 10 up to date?
also please make sure sync is fully enabled in Edge and then perform a reset:
edge://settings/reset Zayn- I'm also experiencing the same effect here; what a shame... 😞
I'm using EDGE 88.0.705.56 (Officiële build) (64-bits)
Can't find any corresponding option at edge://flags/
