Dev channel update to 87.0.637.0 is live

I would like to see the following features getting added to the Shy UI:
- Have an option to automatically enable it if no keyboard is attached
- The page should not scroll up when swiping downward
- Like on the Android Edge, it should be shown when scrolling up
