Has anyone encountered an error when viewing the extensions list like this?

    Yes, I have that too. I think this is not the first time we have problem with extension menu like this.

    There's no other way to have extension button show/hide on toolbar except this menu right? This is making almost all of extension unusable!

      I'm temporarily using a keyboard shortcut to activate the extension by going to edge://extensions/shortcuts. You can try it out. Hopefully, it will be helpful to you while waiting for the new update to fix this bug.😄
