Hi Mike & welcome,
IE Mode is (available) for certain Enterprise clients, only. For others wanting to use the old, passe Internet Explorer it can be accessed from within your OS. It is found in the Start menu inside the Windows Accessories folder. So, used directly, (by) itself, and not within any (other) browser.
Cheers,
Drew
Thank you for the reply. I'm an independent insurance agent and I have to access many insurance company web sites that are IE only. I thought maybe I could stay on one browser for both work and play. I'll just load IE when I need it as before.

Hi MikeDee, you certainly can use IE mode in the next version of Microsoft Edge to solve this problem. You will need to do a little bit of work to set it up. You can learn more here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/DeployEdge/edge-ie-mode, but essentially you need to create a mapping file that tells Microsoft Edge to use IE mode when it goes to certain URLs. Please let us know, either in these forums or using the send-a-smile, how well we are meeting your needs. We are still evaluating the use cases for IE mode, and may be making changes.
Thanks - Elliot
