Training for IT Help Desk
If this doesn't belong here, please point to the right direction.
My firm is about to deploy Microsoft 365 (don't laugh, we're trying to catch up) - A long while ago and at a different employer, I remember seeing a resource guide for the Help Desk that covered Teams among other applications. Does anyone remember seeing that guide or do you have any resources to get an IT Help Desk Staff ready to go for a launch? I found that aka site, but it doesn't work for me.
