Outlook customer management.
Good morning .
Can you please confirm if Outlook customer management is still available ?
I've tried to enable the product and there is a message ''retired'' . Do you wich product will replace it if discontinued ?

It is retired with no replacement. As Dynamics is overkill for most organisations, Microsoft are recommending to use Nimble
