M365 Roadmap Management
Wondering if others have tips & tricks on how they stay up to date with the https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/roadmap?
I find it tedious to stay on top of all the features being announced, switching launch phases, moving target dates, and so on. I was hoping to use the RSS feed in a PowerBI Dashboard or find a solution in Planner similar to syncing the Admin Centre messages, and after some quick searches online could not find an example of anyone doing something similar.
I was hoping any members of this community may be able to shed some light on how they approach the roadmap site and what tools if any they use to manage the constant influx of information?
TIA!

This is everything you need:
Staying on top of Microsoft 365 Updates | Microsoft Community Hub
We're using for years the Microsoft 365 Service Health Hub and I can say there's nothing better out there. When connected to Teams, it's just awesomeness ok steroids. Sadly, Account Teams are not aware of these options, especially this one!
Enjoy!

Hi everyone!
I created a Power Automate to send the messages to a SharePoint list. From there I created different views based on the Category. I also have the Power Automate send a message to our Teams channel letting us know there are new updates. Once a week I have a review with my team to go through the items.

I sign up for TechCommunity messages and get a weekly digest of the changes based on the specific applications I want to look at.
I watch this show regularly: 365 Message Center Show | Daniel Glenn and Darrell Webster
I tried the Planner feature of the M365 Admin Center, it is a good option:
Pros: Great if there is a team monitoring the message centerCons: Personally, it was tedious to read the long-text message within the Planner description field. The readbility is better on the M365 Admin Center.

Adding onto Amelia's response, Karuana Gatimu on a tutorial video on Coffee in the Cloud about syncing message center posts with Tasks in Teams that may be useful: https://youtu.be/zQU3sBkXWOY?si=iJKc9rchq3jLi53N
JessieHwang, Thanks for that! Exactly, that's the tutorial I used to sync to Planner.

I'd like to know this too. I've asked our MS account manager and they didn't have any suggestions that would help lessen the load. It may help to look at the Admin Center rather than the Roadmap as the AC has updates that are relevant to your tenancy, whereas the Roadmap covers everything (e.g. Education, GCC) some of which will be irrelevant to you. You can also filter them for major updates/feature updates/admin impact. As mentioned already you can sync t to Planner which will add each update as a Task which you can then assign to relevant stakeholders, but it's still a time drain. One day in Jan there were around 70 updates overnight which all need checking and assessing for risk. I triage them daily and pull out any that I think need attention or communication and deal with them, but I'd love a better solution.
Alternative solution: The Admin Center | Messages has a Planner Syncing option. You can schedule the updates or redirect the information to PowerBI for a better solution. However, sometimes, the Roadmap and the Admin Center have different content.
