.EXE FILE NOT RUNNINGA

Hi. I'm trying to install Microsoft .NET 6.0.407. But the .exe file doesn't seem to run. It might start up for a second but quits immediately and does not install. No error message. Haven't found any advice online. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks.
