    TL;DR: As you're updating your Microsoft 365 Apps with Cloud Update (the successor to Servicing Profiles) already, Visio/Project are updated as well.

    The local update engine always updates the whole "Click-to-Run Layer", so all products which are running in top of this technology in one go. Microsoft 365 Apps, Visio, Project, AccessRuntime, various Language Packs, you name it. It is all automatically updated in one go and to the same version/build.
