the remote server returned an error (407) proxy authentication required - O365 Network onboarding

I am getting this error when running the O365 Network onboarding tool on MS Edge on WIN10.  This happens after selecting "Run Test".  Has anyone seen this?  Waiting to hear from the proxy team.    ...

avensonwwt support for authenticated proxy servers is a work item on our backlog. ETA next several months. Unfortunately I don't think there's any work around now other than removing authentication on the proxy server.
