Can you find some hints from the logs? Is it revert but not uninstall?

After thorough investigation, the root cause was identified as 'too many chefs in the kitchen.' Essentially, someone created a push for Teams to our Windows 365 cloud PCs and mistakenly set it to push to all users in the group. Consequently, Teams were installed on any machine the user logged into, inadvertently causing the removal of Microsoft 365 Apps. The confusion was compounded by the fact that the two machines where we tested the Microsoft 365 app push were also receiving the Teams app, which uninstalled Microsoft 365 App and then Intune would installed it back, further complicating the situation. However, once we removed the Teams app, the issue was resolved.

We are facing same issue with o365 apps getting uninstalled leaving Outlook and Teams intact. We are pushing Teams through Intune to all group members but in addition to it end users are downloading the o365 apps from office portal too.
Where do we get to see that its Teams that causing the issue. Are there any logs created for same where we can find the exact reason whats causing uninstalling of o365 apps.
Any help on this will be appreciated.
