stuck at version 2002

Hello, 

I'm trying to update my version of Office but I'm stuck at version 2002 build 12527.21236

this is the release of january of this year, many version are available

my xml look like this:

and I use this to download:

setup /download configuration.xml

Why does it not download the version 2009 ?
