been paying for E3 for years; suddenly 365 personal just shows up (an additional $6.99/month) and I want to get rid of it and stick with E3. Ask for assistance through 'help' several time (i believe), no response. Can someone direct me to someplace I can get help? the two different version of office are causing great confusion to my computer. It's even popping up an email address I had back in 1995 (@msn.com). FYI I personally met Bill and Steve (jobs) in one week prior to MS-DOS or the Lisa. I also fixed Lisa Serial numbers 1 and 2 as they didn't work when delivered. I showed them the Xerox PARC systems on which they modeled their systems.
