URL Needs unblocking

The tools gives url needs unblocking even when there is not firewall or any proxy. Any Idea what might be wrong? URL needs unblocking: ocsp.globalsign.com Test FQDN(s) used were: ocsp.glo...

getting similar errors - all but one are resolvable and they all redirect to the man portal.office.com site, so the firewall is not blocking them and the last one in the list doesn't seem to have a dns entry which is public.

I can go to this url via the browser and it redirects to https://www.office.com/?auth=2

I can go to this url via the browser and it redirects to https://www.office.com/?auth=2
