Trouble identifying cause for network problems

Hi PaulAndrew , yes, that is exactly what I am using and talking about (sorry, I could have mentioned that in my initial post).
But, where do I block/unblock these? In Defender? The block-lists there are empty. Why would a new fresh tenant even block its own product's URLs.

May 01, 2023EikeKortz381 This isn't likely any Microsoft software blocking these and it's not likely part of your Microsoft 365 tenant. Does your network have network perimeter firewalls, proxy servers, cloud access security brokers, or do you have a network security team? Those are all possibilities that you would need to investigate. You can run the conectivity.office.com test from other network locations to narrow down the issue. Try running it from home, from a coffee shop, from other machines to find where the network filtering is occurring.
