Jonard_Cabeliza You have some software on your computer which is blocking the test. You can check the downloaded executable to verify that it was signed by Microsoft so that you can trust it. You then need to identify the software on your computer that is blocking it. This isn't caused by the connectivity test tool.

We just found that when we executed the downloaded exe file from Microsoft Connectivity. Our AV found it has malicious behavior.
