Not sure if it's a "bug" in the output

I'm in a hotel in Singapore, just using straight Internet (no VPN, etc.) and I go to connectivity.office.com from Edge, everything seems to run just fine, but under "Office 365 Exchange Online service front door location", it lists it as Singapore with a "red X", while the "Optimal Office 365 Exchange Online service front door(s) for user location" is listed as:

 

Chennai, India
Malaysia
Singapore

 

Not sure if the "red x" is just a bug as I think connecting to the Singapore "front door" is the correct one given I'm physically in Singapore?

  • Hi rsun0525 did you get a "Get a Link" to the report showing this? It's a data error, but I need the report to be able to run it down. It happens because we have two logical datacenters in Singapore. I thought we had corrected it, but maybe the data import is not cleaning it correctly.
