Network connectivity test tool

sorry for my questation. I try run Connectivity tool, but the test still running in the step 639. Is possible skip this test ? And this step what testing ? Or exist option to test only concrete services ? etc. teams, sharepoint ?

the test I try in site, where access to internet is throught proxy server.
