MS Stream using unlisted CDN URL

Recently it appears Microsoft Stream has started using amsglob0cdnstream13.azureedge.net for CDN content and/or that new IP address ranges have been added to amsglob0cdnstream13.azureedge.net.

Shouldn't this URL be listed for Stream CDN?
