    Please refer this:

    1. madExcept_.bpl

This file is part of the madExcept library, which is used for exception handling in Delphi applications. If you’re seeing errors related to this file, it might be due to a corrupted or missing installation of a program that uses this library

    2. rtl.bpl

This file is part of the Runtime Library for Delphi applications. Similar to madExcept, issues with this file can arise from corrupted or incomplete installations of software that relies on Delphi

    3. madBasic_.bpl

This file is part of the madBasic library, which is also used in Delphi applications for basic functionality

I thank you for your answer. But I know nothing about Delphi applications, and don't know why it would show up as missing or corrupted files when I have not downloaded or installed anything lately. So, the installations are definitely incomplete, and in fact are never begun.
