- Could you try this: if you have a proxy, make sure you allow the clients to connect to this URL: connectivity.service.signalr.net.

Did you try in In-Private mode?
- Yes tried that in Edge and Chrome. No difference. It's the downloaded Exe that fails rather then the browser tests though so not sure in-private makes any difference to that?
