Large mailbox Gmail to O365 Migration
So we have a company that has done everything through their email. They have users with 50, 80, 110 and a huge 900 gig mailbox. What is the best way to get them migrated over to O365? Any help would be greatly

That's a lot of GBs for emails, migrating large mailboxes, especially 900GB to Microsoft 365 requires careful planning because exchange online has mailbox size limits (max 100GB for E3/E5 users, 50GB for business plans.
While Exchange Online has a 100 GB primary mailbox limit, you can get unlimited In-Place Archive in Plan 2, which starts at 100 GB and auto-expands, So you can migrate first 100 GB into primary mailbox, and then migrate the rest into the Archive Mailbox
For a very large mailbox (like the 900 GB one), you can use 3rd party tools that support archive migration, like BitTitan.
