Lags during using video meetings in team rooms.

Dear Colleagues,

We expecting lags during meetings in team rooms and no problems in mass video chating. Also we defined that right now we using servers somewhere in Finland. We talked with other company who also uses MS 365 and reports the same. Can you advise how can we start procedure of server movement to something closer to our region. We are located in Uzbekistan.
