Integrating Azure Boards with GitHub

Hi, 

I was following the guidelines from Microsoft on how to integrate Azure DevOps Boards with GitHub:

I had the boards set and ready in Azure DevOps and decided to integrate my Azure Boards with GitHub, where my GitHub repo is completely empty. I followed the steps but have an issue in trying to create a pull request so that I may commit it to GitHub.  

Kindly please let me know how I can fix this.
