Bug in the map display?

Just recently when I run the connectivity.office.com tool, no matter from which country I run it from, the map display as my egress location on the left hand side of Africa in the ocean.  Is there a bug in the tool?  I can't believe every country I'm in now reports I'm in the "Gulf of Guinea".
