bandwidth consumption report by onedrive user

I present a total of 38 Office 354 accounts that are using OneDrive for business in Windows, but we are having problems synchronizing files that are consuming our internet bandwidth which is 30 Mbps Fiber Optic to the point that is affecting the entire internal network and the wifi network, I need to know what measures should be taken, if there is any detail of consumption per user in the tenant.
