Asking for help. Connectivity.office.com survey on network location office or residence

We have a survey on https://connectivity.office.com that we would like to get some support completing. The survey asks you what type of location you are running the test from and we will also capture a few anonymous network measurements that help detect if this is a residential network or an office network.
