Dispositions Orphaned ?
We setup retentionlabels with a disposition. All was working properly except some B2B could not finalize the disposition. During testing one of the engineers accidently removed the mail enabled security group and after that we could not see anything anymore.
We re-created the group with same emailadress (slightly different name we corrected a typo) and this was automatically picked up by the labels. We however do still not see any dispositions. Even with the complaince admin , global admin with recordmanagement role and having the high level role for dispositions.
My assumption is the item ~450 docs are no in a twilight zone but not sure how to get them back. Ticket is logged with microsoft but allready running for 50 days without a resolution. Any tips would be really helpfull we setup a few tenants for testing allthough we have to wait for all to be provisioned.

HI Milgo, Still exist it was a broader issue with multiple clients and Productgroup MSFT is working on it. A recently released fix (not in messagecenter) helped for 3 of the tenants but still working with support on 1 case. Seemed to only affect new and changed workflows. (ps about 9 weeks into issue)

Does this issue still persist? I am wondering if this was a propagation issue. Sometimes changes to security groups and permissions can take some time to propagate. Ensure that you have waited sufficient time for the changes to take effect.
