Dispositions Orphaned ?
We setup retentionlabels with a disposition. All was working properly except some B2B could not finalize the disposition. During testing one of the engineers accidently removed the mail enabled security group and after that we could not see anything anymore. We re-created the group with same emailadress (slightly different name we corrected a typo) and this was automatically picked up by the labels. We however do still not see any dispositions. Even with the complaince admin , global admin with recordmanagement role and having the high level role for dispositions. My assumption is the item ~450 docs are no in a twilight zone but not sure how to get them back. Ticket is logged with microsoft but allready running for 50 days without a resolution. Any tips would be really helpfull we setup a few tenants for testing allthough we have to wait for all to be provisioned.
