Piloting Viva Amplify in our environment with 50 licenses

Thank you so much, Liz, for the demo and for helping us to use this amazing platform. The platform is user-friendly, and we have experienced minimal issues.

 

  • Distribution Channel- Outlook:  after drafting a campaign, when I put a user in BCC, the popup message shows user is not valid, and it doesn’t allow me to move forward. It only allows users in the To and CC fields for Outlook messages.
  • It would be great if Amplify allowed us to create templates based on our design, organization color, and themes and reuse them later.
  • We can’t copy/duplicate the existing draft campaign. It would be great if Microsoft introduced this functionality, like the SharePoint page creation.

    For the distribution channel, you can add users in BCC after an initial To is entered. You must have something in the To line, however, this could be the user that created the message or other groups.

    The other requests are items we are exploring and working on so stay tuned for those features.
