Use of Copilot to generate analytic reports from my tenancy
It would be useful to be able to use Copilot to generate usage/analytics reports from within my tenancy, without having to create Flows, PowerBI queries etc. E.g. "Give me a list of all the files in...
The following worked for me from "Work" setting in https://copilot.microsoft.com/ within the Edge Browser:
Prompt 1 (Half of yours)
"Give me a list of all the files in SharePoint that have been shared with people from outside the organization
Prompt 2:
Can you list these in a tabula and include days of shares and who shared them for all incidentsof shares for each document.
Copilot does though instruct me to copypaste the table into Excel as it cannot (yet) do i automaticly.
It does catch all shares in my Tennant both in Loop, Office 365 documents and outlook shares etc.
But might be our setup in contrast to your as our current tennant is only 5 months old.
