Log out and log back into your account Copilot service then put update Microsoft 365 app to the latest version and it will fix it!

Please reinstall the M365 applications on your laptop. Could you also share a full screenshot of the error message?

I have done as you suggest, as well as rebooted my machine, and I still get this response.
I have not been able to get Copilot to work at all.
All my software if fully up to date, and all my subscriptions are paid in full.
Other than completely rebuilding Windows11, I can think of no other fix... can you ?
