Copilot Drafting for Outlook breaking signatures
I am having the same problem.
There is no fuction to lock the signature as far as I can see?
It would be great to have a fix for this, very annoying

Please go through Impact Assessment.
1. How many users are affected? Is it affecting specific departments or the entire organization?
2. Is this happening in a cloud-based Exchange Online environment, on-premises Exchange Server, or a hybrid setup?
Troubleshooting Steps.
Client-Side: Have users tried restarting Outlook? Creating new signatures? Repairing their Outlook installation? Clearing the Outlook cache?
Server-Side -if applicable = If you manage the Exchange server, have you checked for any related errors in the server logs? Have you tried updating the Exchange server?
Copilot Settings: Have you tried adjusting any Copilot settings within Outlook -if available- to see if it makes a difference?
