Activate Copilot for Microsoft 365 Business Standard (Mac)

Hey AndyF​  - what you aree experiencing is expected on macOS.

Microsoft 365 Business Standard supports Copilot; however Copilot availability varies by application and platform. On Mac:

• Copilot is supported in Word and Excel (desktop and web)
• Copilot in Outlook for Mac is currently available only on Outlook on the web
• OneNote on Mac does not yet support Copilot on desktop, and availability on the web depends on service rollout

Your configuration steps are correct, and no additional license or permissions are required. This is a platform support limitation, not a licensing issue. Please use Outlook on the web for Copilot functionality and refer to the Microsoft 365 roadmap for updates on macOS app support.
