Copilot appears on mac and windows , if you logout the account and login again
dont use the saved account , just take the option different user and login again with your licensed user
in some cases u have to delete the temp , i did it anyway, so im not sure if thats acutally needed.

In case it helps, i was having the same issue: Copilot working on every app on mac, iphone and web EXCEPT OUTLOOK. Outlook was not working on the desktop version mac. I tried everything and nothing worked until i deleted de email account form my accounts and signed in again. After this, copliot now appears. . DSemaan
