Thank you for the response. yes, these were followed. We did try few so i am not 100% sure which out of these worked
- During the installation of Cache Node, the device was also installing some driver & OS patches in the backend, so not sure if this contributed to the "Could not get lock".
- Allowed few additional URLs in our firewall and couple of settings in Zscaler
1. Where was the installer extracted to? If the desktop then possibly OneDrive or another process (AV?) is locking the files. Extract to a folder on the root of C:\
2. Did you remember to run 'Set-ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted' prior to the install?

can you please specify the allowed URLs in Zscaler and the settings?
do you use the Zscaler client on the device hosting the MCC node or using http proxy server name configured when running the provisioning script?
