Yes i am also facing the same issue, however limited to hybrid devices. Tried using both local user as well as gMSA.
Having discussion with Microsoft on this.
Were you able to solve the issue? I'm having the same issue (also gMSA - but also tried with local user) - can it be something to do with a proxy server?
