New shortcut file

Anyone noted a new file that gets downloaded / created called shortcut.ico when we trigger the installation of connected cache. This was seen only from past 2 weeks. This file is not available in the installer download location so i assume this is getting downloaded during installation and goes inside the installer folder.
Double click or checking the path of this ico file doesnot showup anything useful to troubleshoot / check

The installer might extract or generate shortcut,ico temporarily during the process, which is why it’s not present in the original download.
If the file persists, examine its properties (right-click > Properties) to see if it links to any embedded resource or has metadata indicating its origin.
Thank you. What shortcut is created ? Is this created on the cache node or within WSL
shortcut.ico is the application’s icon file downloaded at install time to create a shortcut; it’s temporarily placed in the installer folder and can be ignored or deleted after installatio
