Unable to find SA for servicehub (support for Configuration Manager)
Hey Where do I find our SA-ID (Software Assurance)? (needed when creating a support ticket) Our MS key account manager does not know 😞

Licenses have been moved to Microsoft 365 Administration, but I'm still unable to locate the SA.

Welcome to the Microsoft community, my name is Recep I'll be happy to help you today.
Here are the steps you can follow:
- Go to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center. (https://admin.microsoft.com/)
- Sign in with the Microsoft account associated with your Microsoft 365 subscription.
- In the Microsoft 365 Admin Center, navigate to the "Billing" or "Billing & Subscriptions" section. This is where you typically find information about your licenses.
- Look for a section that displays your subscriptions or licenses. This may include details about your Configuration Manager or ServiceHub subscription.
- If you have multiple subscriptions, select the one related to Configuration Manager or ServiceHub.
- Once you've selected the subscription, you should be able to view detailed information about that subscription. Look for a section that provides information about Software Assurance.
- If you still can't find the SA information, consider checking any agreements, contracts, or purchase documentation related to your Microsoft 365 subscription. The SA ID might be included in these documents.
