TS pre-download still pre-release in 1706?

Hi all,

 

We want to turn on TS Pre-caching. According to Microsoft's documentation this has been added as full feature in SCCM 1706, but when the SCCM admins look in their 1706 console, it still shows as pre-release.

Anybody aware of this, and has additional information?
