Some clients are not being discovered from AD

Hi People. I am experiencing a discovery system problem. I did a migration side by side, but in the "new" SCCM I am not seeing all the machines. The migration job migrated the boundaries configuration. I also checked the adsys.log and no errors were found and I checked AD System Discovery and everything is the same than in "old" SCCM.
Any suggestion is appreciated
