SCCM Novice Help

Ok, so I am not an expert in SCCM I am a 1st & 2nd line support Engineer.

I have a client machine which is failing to install Microsoft 364 Apps Update - Semi Annual Enterprise Channel (Preview) Quality Update for x86 Based Edition Version 2202 (Build 14931.20604)

When we try to install it, it gets to 50% and fails. With error 0x80077595(-2146994795).

Any idea why?
