Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager Version 2103 - Computer object inventory

Dear Tech Community members

Hope everyone is well and keeping safe. Please bear with me as I am very new to Endpoint Configuration manager and need some help.

I want to get an inventory of all our computer objects and Windows versions.

Example:

18 X Microsoft Windows 10 Enterprise 21H1 x64

How do I get a report like that from MECM?
