DBAV script not attempting properly

Hi!
We recently implemented a script to disable bitlocker for all drives, Out of the 10+ people applied to it only shows succeeded and error for 4 of them, how can I get it to run on the other devices.
*I have already tried syncing and tried removing and re-applying the group.
Some assistance would be amazing.
