ConfigMgr report: users - store apps installed by users

Hi

I am currently trying to develop a ConfigMgr report that will include all the

clients/users - store apps installed by users

My understanding is that there are 2 SQL views available to me:

v_GS_WINDOWS8_APPLICATION

v_GS_WINDOWS8_APPLICATION_USER_INFO

My question:

how can I filter out preinstalled apps?
