IaaS VM backup failed

If you cannot backup the VM using the waagent because the McAFee agent is interfering with the waagent extension. you could look into the possibility of creating a snapshot of the VM disks.
You can take a snapshot of an OS or data disk VHD for backup or to troubleshoot VM issues. A snapshot is a full, read-only copy of a VHD. you can find more info here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/virtual-machines/windows/snapshot-copy-managed-disk

agree with your solutions but it's large amount of vm bcz it's database
and also our client already face cyber attack so i think they can't to remove antivirus
please is there any solutions for same....... like antivirus level and if i going to stor service showing error too many file open so please suggest us
