Hello Surya_Narayana , thanks so much for your replies.
Usually what could I do to let Win10 use only a minimum RAM but not run with full OS functions?
Which apps/tasks can I end in my "task manager" to reduce the RAM in use?

1.5 GB RAM use is quite normal for Windows 10 — it keeps background services ready for faster response.
To reduce it a bit:
Disable unneeded startup apps (Task Manager → Startup).
Turn off unused background apps (Settings → Privacy → Background apps).
Set performance to “Best Performance” in System Properties.
Avoid ending system tasks — it can cause instability. For older PCs, adding more RAM gives the biggest improvement.
