Teams/Authenticator loop issue

Microsoft Teams/Authenticator are getting caught in an uninterruptable loop. I have tried everything from uninstalling/reinstalling the apps, clearing cache, clearing credentials and resigning in, everything I can think of. The loops continues and am not able to get logged in on the device. 

Azure sign-in logs show as successful but does not allow to be signed in. Any help is appreciated.
